Charter Oak Cycles was founded in 2010 by Elena Vasquez in Burlington, Vermont. What started as a one-person frame-building operation has grown into a team of craftspeople dedicated to building bikes that last.
Every frame is hand-welded in our Burlington workshop. We believe bikes should be built to last decades, not seasons — and that the best bike is the one you actually ride.
